Warranty Information
This information was updated January 17, 2010. When you purchase a machine, the information that is current at the time of purchase applies to you. Please print out a copy for your records.
Warranty lengths below refer to home use machines. If the machine is used in a business (for profit), the machine is guaranteed to be in working order. But due to the potential abuse by customers, we will not be responsible for damage. You can purchase a separate maintenance agreement or pay as you need. However, we stand behind our machines and fix reasonable problems.
